Could you please provide the camera settings you used?

Did you remember to set all camera bodies to have the right PROFILE SETTINGS as instructed? Please explain if a mistake was made.

This is extremely important to answer because it affects our final image and colour grading ability.

Did you miss any main/important shots throughout the day?

Ex. detail shots, special requests made by client, etc.

Did you get Drone shots? If not, Please explain why not.

Please always make sure your putting in every effort to get the drone shots, and if your unable to, PLEASE make sure the client knows on the DAY OF why you can't get it. The only valid excuses would be "airport close by, GPS wont allow drone to go up, or its snowing or raining".

Did you get clean audio from the lapel mic and mixerboard for the EVENT

If you messed up audio, please explain why or what happened here

Did you get clean audio for the ENTIRE EVENT from the DJ's mixerboard (if applicable), and have a backup recorder at the podium?

Backup recorder at the podium is always necessary just in case something happens to the main recorder during reception (If you didn't get clean audio please explain why or what happened)

Is there anything we need to know about the audio recorded throughout the day?

This is where you would explain if you made a mistake with audio, or if you have clean audio but recorded it wirelessly into the camera body audio, please clarify which camera has the clean audio file baked in if you baked it in

Is there anything special, important, out of the ordinary, mistakes you made, or anything we as editors need to know regarding any part of the EVENT

please LIST anything/everything we need to know so we know how to edit properly

Final Important Notes

Please write any final important notes relating to this event you shot that we should know!

Any thoughts or comments concerning the 2nd shooter you were assigned!

You can give positive feedback or negative feedback. We use this as a way to ensure our 2nds are always doing a good job, we need to know if there are things they need to improve on as well. And if they did do something totally out of line or not good, please let us know!

Final Upload Link for all RAWS

Please make ALL your RAWS and ALL the 2nd Shooters raws are uploaded before sending this link! Please Double check if everything is there before sending. (And yes, this also means you no longer have to send an email with the raws link because you are sending it here from now on) Please make sure you backup all your raws to a harddrive and DO NOT DELETE until after 6 months. This is VERY important just in case raws, audio, or drone shots were missing upon upload.
